By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The content on the Site — including descriptions of services, articles, energy-savings discussions, incentive and tax-credit information, and any calculators — is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not a binding quote, offer, guarantee of savings or system performance, or tax, financial, or legal advice. Actual system pricing, production, and savings depend on your property, energy usage, utility rate plans (including net billing / NEM 3.0), equipment selection, and incentive eligibility, all of which are confirmed only in a written contract signed by both parties. Incentive and tax-credit programs change; consult a tax professional regarding your eligibility.
Services and Contracts
All solar, battery, EV charger, and electrical services are provided under a separate written home improvement or construction contract that complies with California law, including the required Solar Energy System Disclosure Document for residential solar contracts. In the event of any conflict between the Site and a signed contract, the signed contract controls.
Permitted Use
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, scrape it in violation of applicable law, or submit false or misleading information through our forms.
Intellectual Property

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute arising out of your use of the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
